My ex has a Corsa B 1.4 (some 5-door shitter, so I guess it's a 8v). Her alternator has just gone (according to her step-dad). Will a 1.2 8v alternator fit it or not? If her 1.4 is a 16v, will it fit?

8v will fit 8v
16v will fit 16v

as long as you have the right belt pully it'll go on
