they're not tht bad, mrs's mum sold her mini to them, got the price she was quoted and she was happy with it, got about the same price they were being sold private,

sold my TT to them 2 years ago

I had full service history but not all audi so they knocked £500 off

It was basiclally £500 cheaper than what they were in the trader for and no hassle to sell

We laugh... but they laugh when people who cant be arsed to sell a car/desperate to sell, go to them and they give them the cash no problems. Then they put it on the forecourts of CarCraft (I believe its the same company) and sell them for triple what there worth, and 6 times what they paid!

I think they only knock the price down if they have reason tbh, same as anyone would.

If I took it now, needing rear tyres & a service (as it does) they would bump the price down to 16k or so.............I dont blame them
