I want to get something as a toy really for a bit of fun like a subaru or focus not sure whether to get nitro/petrol or good old tamiya electric! Anybody got one? I dont want to spend a fortune less than about 75 quid any recommendations?

Wont get much for 75quid. Electric is the way to go, easier to use and maintain and can use it anywhere without people moaning about the noise

Edit; didn't realise prices have come down so much, this is ok for the money

i bought a second hand syline r34 gtr off my mate a while back.cost me just under £100 then had to buy bits for it.you will be lucky if you find one for less than £75 which is any good.try find one with spares if possible
