a corsa c sxi has came in work as a trade in with an irmscher pipe on... basically its going to auction and my boss has given me the go ahead to take the pipe off for my car ( 1.4 corsa c sri ) but the pipe is welded on the sxi and i dont know how to get it off.. if i cut it with a hack saw just behinf the back box ( bodge i know ) will it be of any use to me??
if i can get it off i can get it to a fabricators to be put on mine but i need to know if its gonna be worth the time doing it...
mine has got standard square tip sri box and i really fance the irmy item

Only problem I can see is that you're going to send the car to auction minus a backbox.
And tbh a hacksaw isn't really a bodge if there's not other way of getting it off. I'd think a local exhaust places would be able to fit it relatively easy - you can make pretty much anything fit. A mate of mine had an Impreza backbox on his 1.4 fiesta

its no problem really as i work for vauxhall and there is about 7-8 cars going...should be no comeback from it and boss has ok'd it all... just dont wanna do it all and then its no good when i get it to custom pipes
