Looking at driving over in a few week's thing is is there any restrictions on age ect as to who can drive

Make sure you have all the European safety kit, and keep the high vis jacket INSIDE the car.

Good luck find a Police officer to fine you though.

I've been 3 times and never once seen a Police car on French, Belgium or German motorways roads.

What safety kit you have to take and high viz jacket? Didnt no you had to take one of them

Thanks guy's just checked on net and no limit on age ect, just need to get one of them pack's is it hard work driving over there i no might sound a stupid question but just wondered for the people who have driven there

Nope, once you're on the ground you pick it up quickly.

Motorways are easy, main roads you can follow the traffic. I usually get caught out in supermarket carparks though

You may even enjoy it more on the continent, I do.

some insurance companies dont allow you to drive abroad unless you are 21, be worth checking if you are under that

I drove for the first time abroad when we drove to the ring, was no trouble just do everything on the other side of the road.

Except that point where you was on the wrong side of the road



I had no issues until I walked back from the shops and looked the wrong way to cross the road
