was going about 20mph along a pretty long straight road moped driving close, even slow down and flash hazards at him, he then backs of, comes back nagain though.
Traffic slowed to a stop(traffic lights) i THINK he attempted to go around me, and his front wheel slipped and him and the biked slid ALL the way into my car, now it was raiing and very dark, but looks like his taken paint of freshly painted bumper, with one or 2 deep scarthes (possibilty also scuffed wheels as he slid) but have no checked yet!
I got pics of his bike all scratched up, also pics of his numper plate! one witness got out, and agreed his paint was all over bumper (later found out that was his dad)
wtf do i do now, i got a road name from him and insurance details

You can either contact him and see if he or his dad wishes to cough up and pay for the damage or ring your insurance and report it.

Some people would say it's easier to get the money straight from him (or his dad most probably) but then again the insurance companies can whine like "well you left is a week to claim so we can't do anything now".
Personally, try get in touch with his dad ASAP, he's probably more willing to pay it than lose his NCB (even though moped insurance is SO cheap).

report to insurance.
i took a risk of not doing so when some prick put a dent on my car...
in the end i saw half the money and no were near enough to get the dent profesionally sorted.
it's not your fault, so you dont have to worry about it or have shit touch up done to the car.

daymoon, that's why I'd get a full quote for the work from a few places and present it to them to decide if they wish to pay cash or go through the insurance. As long as it was sorted fully i wouldn't be bothered which way.

Make sure you clean the area
