This will be a linkage system that goes into the existing gearbox that converts it to sequential, so the gears etc all stay the same. You'll need to run a bar into the cabin and mount it on the floor to pull back and forth on. I don't think it will be expensive (ie thousands) more like hundreds at a guess. It's a way off just yet though.
