Iam getting Corsa C soon and want to know from you guys what the best mods are. I was thinking PSG bodykit, BK racing 604 18" alloys, Morette Twin headlight conversion. Budget of £2500.

if youare going for 18s, get a smart set, bk are not all that great, as they are not EC standards, some insurance companies dont cover these as mods because they do not go through any safety tests (what i was told), another set from another brand is going to cost you the best part of a grand, and a kit to buy will cost about 500. Fitting and spraying will cost between 200 and 450(ish) depending on what area of the country your in, and who does it and what colour.
Twin headlights your looking at another 350.
For wheels id get some 17s, the new TechoMagnesio wheels from PVD look really nice IMO, and suite corsa's b+c.
