had a bit of a suprise today! pulled my car in to work to give it a genral check over as im going on a long journey soon, took it up in the air and spotted 2 pipes in the o/s/f wheel arch melted (which turned out to be vapour/breather pipes leading to the charcoal canister!!) which isnt good to be melted as its fuel! and also the brake pipe clip has been melted so im going to renew the pipe with a differant route to keep it clear, my car is only -60mm with standard sport rims! (165/65 R14!) didnt think they were scrubbing must only be slight now & then but its obv enough!!

so you may want to check yours just to be on the safe side!

well it has been melted! there plastic pipes and plastic clip, when tire touches heat from friction! and also worn obv, and il get some but if you look in your o/s/f wheel arch to the top left you cant miss them, and its not catching on either lock! as i did check clearance it must be from harsh bumps whilst turning or somthing like that cos its took its time to melt down.
