either burst or melted a pas pipe onto my valvers heat wrapped manifold again, but think every bit of fluid came out in an instant this time lol.. wasnt much fun at all ! made some nice smoke trails home and opeing the bonnet with a sight 
Any good pipes around that are good at withstanding heat ? or is it possible to re route the pas pipe that goes behind the manifold on the c20xe

If you have any fluid on your heat wraps, take them off! it could catch fire!!
I've not had a problem with power steering pipes touching the manifold

aye a noticed !! dont think it was far off from going on fire the way it was smoldering.
bad rip in silver pipe covering and thats where its went can only guess atm thats the casue

I had a big ass ashley manifold on my XE Corsa and the pipes were fine.Were close but not touching close.

I got pirteck to make me up a longer bit of pipe using corsa ends to relocate it away from the manifold
