Waste of money mate, its a 10p resistor from maplins 
They discussed this on Mig a while back, I think it was something to do with Ron plugs or something.

Yeah all it does it fools the engine into thinking its still cold so increases fueling or something along those lines.

fooling the engine into thinking its cold isnt good, it can coke it up easier as the fuelling is to much when the engine is warm, i wouldnt bother imo
