It has potential, most of the fabrication work looks done.
Nice manifold on the rear engine. Cutom rear turrets. central driving position, has good potential, get those engines on some bodies...
Styling so far needs some major attention though. He can keep the bumpers

its already had alot of money spent but for some reason the description is vague
what engines are they?
Gear linkage issues?
Loom problems?
Unless you knew what to do, id imagine it could work out expensive to finish

23mm shorter than a mk2 Escort, 15mm shorter than an AE86 Corolla...?
Wouldn't be that bad to be honest.

What's been done to the engines so that they have gained an extra 30bhp each

i dont get bike engined cars, just buy a bike much more fun, and quicker.
maybe a couple of busa turbo engines running circa 400bhp each but nothing less.

Just thought in a lighter car it might cause a few issues
The 6l rwd gold they made a proto type of and tested in on top gear had issues

Bargin for the amount of work and money thats gone into the base of that,
