Can you be charged for simply saying in a public forum that you were racing?

Cause to be honest you could be spinning shit.

Saying that I was clocking 157mph in my 1.2 8v Corsa on 17s last night, beat a Sunny GTi-R as well, twice!

So, 157mph, was that with or without your NOS kit??!

he had 2 canisters on NOS so that was 60bhp for 1 so 2 would be 120extra bhp! LOLOLOLOL

i hav got a smart car and dom frum the fast and the furious pulled up next 2me and sed wots the retail on one ov those so i sed " mor than u can afford pal, smart car" then i touched 200mph n wasted him in a race. thats how easy it is 2 make up bull, so wen he sez he raced a red corsa round kidderminster he means he wuz at a set of traffic lights and he just went a little bit faster than the 80 year old man in his 1.2 corsa flair.
