It does tbh. If you join preem you can request some for free and they usually get given out at PVS too.

The reason they aren't sold is due to the tax ramifications. A club is allowed to take membership fees without being registered for tax but not sell stuff. It is kept legal, so if you want some, join.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
