Happend with a saxo vts up here, was broke down at the side of the road....same night the show cage and everything was nicked.

Studied theft in law, and this case WOULD be theft even if you found it, act states if you have kept or dealt with the property you will be liable for theft, there are also other elements that seem to be present within this act. To be fair, i dont really think anyone will really care about the bumper.
