Just bought a 1.0 Corsa B and need a cheap insurance company, I am 18.

Any advice?

Tried Admiral/Bell/elephant (all same company/same-ish prices) as they have 9 times out of 10 been cheapest for me!!

Direct line are quite cheap, but no mods if you're under 25. Bell / Admiral quoted me £800 for next year (when i'm 18) on my 1.0.

Thats too much... put milleage as 3000 miles, Fully comp...

I was insured with them at 17 on 1.3 Hyundai accent and it cost me £1545.55!!!

Lloyds TSB have been the cheapest for me in years!

Used Tesco for my first year and then Churchill.

Whys it so expensive, on a 1.0 corsa..? for me i've had quotes of £1,365 on a 1.2

try norwich union actually ring em up though and haggle a bit say you got a quote of xxx form somewhere else etc i got mine to 1100 i think with 0 ncb
