Have told the inurance lastnight after the crash that I wasnt injured. Dont no what they would say if I had a stiff neck thismorning?

just for reference, you can claim for injuries up to 3 years after the accident even if you didn't have injuries or go hospital/doctors at the time of the accident

my necks been killing for a while which i'm sure is down to a van ploughing into me in june 2007, hurts like fuck sometimes, feels like i've been pushed back violently, which is what happened in the accident.

really need to sort it out with those lawyer people.

Polish it all out as best you can. Use some black t-cut or something. From the pics it all looks cosmetic.

The clips that have snapped have obviously snapped under tension as its all moved under impact, so check that there are no creases in the slam panels etc. Might be a bitch to get it all back in line but nothing but time and patience to get it right.

Wouldnt go through insurance, just ask the women to pay or threaten her with taking it through insurance and see what the result is. She might cough up a bit which will give you some money in your sky rocket or to refurb the speedline, and you never know you could have it all back together good as new in no time.

As you are fitting a gsi bumper, its all got to come off anyway so have a good old look.

Keep us posted chap
