Basically looking for a new car around £1k or so and my friend thinks i should get one of these of similar, are they really 170bhp?
this one even boasts an LSD

My mate had one of these, same as that but in black, it was dire.
He also had a 1.6vti saloon but in the older style, it was alot better than the 1.8

My mate has one and they go like fuck. Very fast and with the right tuning can be stupid quick.

Which style is down to you, its up to you which shape you prefer tbh. They should actually be 180bhp standard, they do come with LSD and are a popular swap in the Honda world as they are a cheap, reliable and powerful engine.

a friend at work has the 1.6 coupe and told me it was 160bhp as standard, when he took me out in it i was impressed and just how well it went and its almost standard so thought this might be just as quick
keeps telling me to get the hatch with the 1.6, tbh im pretty sure my old Gsi didnt pull that hard

out of interest does anyone know if Elephant would cover imports as there seem to be quite a few tasty jap motors around with decent spec although most are imports
