I slid sideways into a curb and dented all my wheel in. . . drove round the corner and replaced it. . . i knew there wud still be damage underneaf but i dont really know wat it cud be. . . i think it cud be a bent strut and mayb the spring. . . ne one else ever done this at about 30 mph and wat damage did they do? also wat price cud ne body estimate this at? i am dreading the bill as i am only a first year apprentice mechanic . . . oh and if ne one says u shud know watz up wiv it coz ur an apprentice mechanic. . . well i dont know thats y i am askin. . . plus i work on trucks so dont deal wiv cars at all. . . don't know how much it will cost but if you are an apprentcie mechanic maybe someone you work with may be able to fix it cheap or know someone who will?

got one of my mums m8s who is a mechanic coming to have a wee look but wanted to see if ne one else had done ne thin like this and how much it cost them so i can be prepared wen i get quoted a silly price!

found out i am going to need a lower arm, new leg, maybe a new shock and maybe a new ball joint. . . great. .. i am gettin the price on monday!!!

Fucking hell - a new leg, fore-arm and a hip (not sure about the shock)! theres some good prosthetic limbs about but i thought you only needed a mechanic not a long stay in hospital!!!

I did the same thing and all the same things as yours broke on mine (except I bent my back beam too).

The dearest bit was the new bilstein strut which was about £100, all the other bits were scrap yard items which I fitted myself.

no more than 100 and u shud be able to fit them urself, just boltin stuff on
