You know all those stories of 106s being unreliable bastards?

How true

Clutch just went on my 106, along with the speedo cable and handbrake cable, all in the space of a few days.

Mine is still running like a charm I guess I got lucky! All I've had to do is replace the starter motor

Unlucky mate, I only ever had one problem with my XSI and that was the idle problem, dodgy sensor behind the air filter, nicely fixed for free by mr AA man It best still be running like a charm Eck

It certainly is mate, that you will see for yourself I might have to get it out of the drive and up and down the road, since it hasn't moved for a while

£100 for a clutch, will get my brother to fit it, so not too bad.
