A C20LET have with:
XE inlet
Hybrid turbo
Straight through 3" Exhaust.
Also how much boost could a hybrid turbo run safely?

get a zlet, vxr turbo, remap 250+bhp
with a exhasut/fmic nearing 300bhp
clets are old hat

can get copy p2 chips off the bay about 60 quid i think. get a fuel pressure reg blanking plate for fuel rail and try and get a weber fpr off a 2wd cosworth. theyre the ones to have.
so not much all in really for 280bhp.

Warren, if i had the time, money and skillz id like to ZLEH a Nova. but the C20LET is just a much easier conversion, and far cheaper for tuning parts

im finding it difficult to resist saying you should fit a 1.8 16v with a superchip. i think im doing well not to mention it really.

to be honest, mike should do a 1.8 conversion
quicker than a clet fact

yeh, all went nicely
yeh, didnt recommend him to rev it too high as there was a rattle from cambelt area 
but i think he liked

Good call, just so you know, the manifold has a non standard size bore i still have the decat/sportcat available

get rid of all that pish tbh, i had the rad and bumper off so it was a 5 min job 
No it wont fit, my system had a bigger manifold and decat pipe then a reducer to the mid box (Standard size)
