There are iirc, that's why there are various suggestions for new drivers like not being allowed out at night like they do in other countries.

I got a quote from i kube and took it up. Got it much cheaper than any other quotes i had. While you tarmac terrorists are out during 11pm and 5am wasting the earths valuable petrol supplies, i'm entertaining ladies. Losers!!!
