Is it true that putting MAF, cams and throttle body from a 2.0 Focus onto a 1.8 focus (zetec engine) gives impressive power gains?

well. i am not sure now
was talking to some one yesterday about focuses 1.8 and 2.0, perfomance etc etc...

got text from the guy today
"Just looking at the zetec tuning guide and the 1.8 is cheaper to tune than the 2.0 but the 2.0 car comes with a better spec. putting 2.0 cams, MAF, and TB on the 1.8 should see 140 bhp for little money!"
