I swear to god it's Electric Blue and not Arden Blue... They didn't bring Arden Blue out until 2003 with the Astra GSi...

i know what you mean, it might not be arden blue...
i sprayed my boot (which is rusting through again!!!) and when i sprayed the halfords arden blue paint on it looked wrong. but its faded out and looks right now.
then a little while ago i derusted my drivers door but its the wrong colour again and i used the same paint! im waiting for it to fade, lol!

Check your handbook or logbook, it will say Electric Blue, not Arden Blue. (If it's from factory paintjob)

Once it's rusted you will never stop it. May aswell buy brand new panels. That's what I got told when I took my car to get sprayed up for the boot, and for the price to spray it and then for it to rust again I just drove home lol.

my handbook and the original order form for me corsa says Arden Blue,
the colour code and both me vehicle identification plates refer to Arden Blue on both our paint schemes DuPont and Lesonal at work refer to it as Arden Blue ....

I'm sure it first appeared for the Astra GSi though. In 2003. And now used as the colour for VXR.

Yeah don't get me wrong they're similar. But I see the Arden Blue being slightly lighter than Electric Blue.
