It's a good idea TBH. They aren't making people scrap their cars just giving people a decent option.
Only downside is people with cars worth less than 2k might have issues selling them

my dad just done this with his cavalier he had owned for 13 year yeh i know my dad believes if its not broken why try fix it hes now got a 09 plate corsa life dunno if thats an upgrade or not lol he got 1k for the cavalier think he had to have owned it for a min of 6 months
