hi people how are you all i need some help if any 1 can help me last month i brought some morrets of this lad i mentioned i paid £90 and now the lad has still not sent the lights or is replying to any of my textes i was woundrering if any 1 has brought stuff off him on ebay please help me

if you have bought it through ebay then contact them and put in a claim for seller not sending goods and being a fraud..
did you pay through pay pal?

It's fraud, tell your bank. They will be able to tell where the cheque was cashed, who cashed it, and from there on will have all his details. It's easy to claim back from fraud, did it myself a few weeks back.

Go in, don't phone. You'll probably end up speaking to someone in kazikstaniran anyway. Ask them to tell you when that cheque was cashed, they'll have all the details off that.

Yeah, mine was slightly different. Someone got hold of my card number somehow and topped up a mobile for £30, went to the bank and they give me a refund there and then.
