kit car .. if i didnt want to build it then it would be a split between vx turbo or an elise unless its an older rover engined elise which if thats the case it can gtf.

XV220 Turbo is ins group 19, Z4 3.0 is ins group 19.

Tbh if he can insure a car that is that high an insurance group then he can insure more or less any car in that price bracket.

vx220 turbo just because there very quick and i love them
drove the n/a version and loved it

yes some companies do it on the engine capacity. for example an rx7 is cheaper to insure (tpft) with certain insurances compared to my corsa 1.4
