k, i need a bit mor einfo on gettin the bloody winders off

i know there are actual tools for thsi around but there must be a way of poping the clip off. I have tried, but to no success

I aim the winder straight up, so you can see the edges of the clip. Get a screw driver, and lever the clip so it moves out of its little rut. then you can put your screwdriver between it and the winder to simply pull out.

the only other tool you need is patience
