Some old guy pulled out right in front of my car while i was coming down the main road i had no chance and went straight into him, he has admitted laibilty and all that jazz.

my insurance company told me to use their solicitors for my back which is messed up however a friend told me to use one of their no win no fee ones the insurance company have contacted me since and said i should cancel them and use theirs as its much better what am i supposed to do.

most important thing for me is to be compensated for the lost hours at work which i cant do at the moment, just dont know what is best?

find out which one can get you the most money and go with that one.

the insurances own one will make it easier for you probably as they won't need all your details again as your insurance company has them.

the only reason they are recommending a particular injury lawyer company is because they'll get commision for it.

they called me today to say they can do alot more for me but again my biggest worry is about my loss of earning as with most people im living from my earning at the moment and im nearly finished paying my credit card but due to this accident my pay this month will be about £500 less then usual.

any idea how long it takes to get the loss of earnings sorted?

just make sure you write down all the costs you incur and it helps that you get your employer to document how much you will have lost to support the claim.....

to be fair i have used insurance approved solicitors and would be more confident than using one of these no win no fee lot as they are just out for the comission....

i still have the chance to cancel as far as i know was a little confused to be honest had a crash went home and my phone didnt stop ringing for 2 days from insurance companies, solicitors and what not.

I can see everyone is out to make a load of money from me regardless of who i were to use

Had the same thing happen to me Last month.. I went directly through the 3rd parties insurance company and organised a contract repair. Cars all fixed and good as new now

You need to speak to their loss adjusters about your lost earnings.
