Find out what is acutally involved in lightening one. (what material needs removing etc) and find a local small engineering shop, they might be able to help you out.

TBH its the ballencing im more concernd about as i now someone who will be able to do it for me but wont guarantee it will be balanced thats why i wanted someone that does it often so i now it will be balanced

If your machine shop can't guarantee it can be balanced, take it somewhere else tbh.
Most engineering places I know would be able to do it without a problem, but they are a bit far from you.

they have specific prices for VX stuff on their website
