HID's in headights really really bug me. not only due to legality issues its the fact that they do not refract the light correctly and you can certainly tell when you in a car infront. bloody dazzles you really bad..

oh and if you really feel the need there available cheap on ebay 
if you think your bulds/lights are sh!t then you'll be wanting to atleast try a decent set of halogen bulbs (in the original wattage rating) you'd be suprised at the diffeence compared to old standard bulbs.

why not just try some decent bulbs, i changed to some ring xenon thingys which were no as good as the real thing but were better.
