why does it seem low? over time and engine will loose abit of power thats very good for a c16xe

7 bhp in 13ish years isnt bad, the ambient temperature or the rollers could cost it that if anything

correcta mundo.
most engines after 13 years will not have the same power they left the factory with, and also as previously mentioned there are many other factors that can slightly affect the reading when one the rollers.
