hi guys....

just wondering if you knew what the best oil would be for a 74,000 miles 2001 seat ibiza cupra running 278 bhp which has been uprated with a k04 turbo etc

any help would be grateful

Just go for semi/fully synthetic at the recommended consistancy of your manufacturers guidelines.

i'd have thought 5w40 fully synthetic but check on a seat forum maybe?
