LOADS of people do the 1.8 Turbo vag engines as they use the KWP2000 protocol.. Try and find somewhere that have a reputation because its really easy to 'brick' the ECU.

Not sure if you are willing to travel to Wolverhampton. Is a company called p-torque (Performance torque) where i got my ibiza remapped.
