Couple of threads about it recently, cutting of a mount and dash out.

From what I can gather not massively difficult although it requires some fairly hefty dashboard nudity and the rack is a bit of a headache because you need the ball joints off plus the bulkhead bolts which are tucked up behind the engine.
What you doing with your old one anyway?

Hmm, sounds hench.
My old one is sitting in the garden till gone June when its being stripped of mods and what ever else is useful.
I was contemplating putting my EPAS in the gf's new 1.2 spin as i know she is going to struggle with it not having PAS. But i might skip the idea given how much it sounds is involved

Well if yours will be in bits then removal is less of an issue.
Is the Spin an early one?

What is that saying that involves playing and train sets?
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

You need the column, bracket and ECU.. Its a dash out job:

You can modify the standard bracket but its not really strong enough.
