ADRIAN FLUX,

I CLAIMED FORE A WINDSCREEN WHEN I HAD MY OLD VTR THIS WAS APPROXIMATELY 2 TO 3 YEARS AGO MAYBE MORE, RANG THEM UP THEY GIVE ME A REF NUMBER AND I RANG AUTOGLASS, NO PROBLEM CAME OUT AND FITTEE THE SCREEN, PAID MY EXCESS AND THAT WAS THAT.APPROX 6 MONTHS LATER I GOT A LETTER WITH AN INVOICE ATTACHED SAYIN I OWED SOMETHIN LIKE 238 OR SO, SO I RANG MY INSURANCE AND TOLD THEM, THEY SEID FINE NO PROBLEM WE WILL SORT IT.


OK FINE, I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER SAYIN THE BALANCE AS NOW BEEN RETURNED UN PAID.



FFS I MEAN HOW HARD IS IT!

PISSIN ME RIGHT OFF NOW COS IM THINK OF GOIN FOR A MORTGAGE AND IF THIS GETS IN THE WAY I WONT BE A AHPPY CHAP!

tbh I would not use any insurer that underwirtten by Highway.

My dealings with HIC in a non fault claim were just as stressful as buyin a house!
