can anyone help? looking at getting a new (old) car. looking to spend about a grand and looking at a mondeo or vectra diesel.

there is one on autotrader and it's a 2001 zetec mondeo, done 97k and had 6 owners......as I have said previously i'm not too experienced with used cars......is that a lot for a car of that age?
