VT* kits reach a fortune as they're sort after by people with the 1.1s etc. VTS engine people would take them if reasonably priced, even if it's just to rebuild and sell on.

VTS interior is fully air bagged and a lot of owners go for this, so even breaking it could recoupe the costs.

its the phase 1 dont think they have aibag seats n the kit wont fetch anymore tha a ton

that was wrote by my brother who's a member on sax-p

he said if they havent got airbag seats, you can sell the interior regardless to people who wish to put their car back to standard.

also he said nothing handles better than a VTS, VTR or GTi straight out the box.

but you have to think, 177k if the rear beam is fucked, what else is? cam belt? water pump? shocks? brakes? etc

It might be the only problem though as it can go at any fecking age I'm guessing it's been lowered? I paid £150 at a scrappies for a decent rear beam, was shoved on costing £250 all together, richt as rain!

I'm breaking a saxo right now

Already had over £600 back from it,

Axle is an easy job,

4 bolts, brake pipes and handbrake cable

I removed the rear axle from mine in 10mins

£400 is a steal. You could make close to £800 - 1k selling it on in parts.
