Mates 2.9 V6 4mo with supercharger conversion was rolling roaded today. and made 423BHP + 380lb/ft torque! It still needs to be fine tuned and have the second fuel pump connected.

Charger+Intercooler bigger fuell pump Space grade aluminium pullys and bracket,



In here we have bigger injectors Samco Hoses powerflex mounts etc


Miltek Hi-Flow Manifolds


Wossener Low comp Pistons


Engine was then removed to be bored out from 2.8 to 2.9





Engine back


Supercharger fitted


Supercharger and extra fuel pump






I got taken out in it during the week and its an absolute animal, the vids don't do the noise justice at all!

Chris - What gain's did you get? And how's it sound?

Danny - He's going to get an r32 undertray which should help it. But his main problem is protecting the RS4 MAF from spray, as thats been the main problem so far. Pretty sure his filter is higher than mine

258 on the rollers after the map, but the figure would have gone up over the 4 days after it being done. Said I could get another 10% even. Doesn't sound much different to standard as I got the resonated one but it does make a bit more noise and you can hear the air being forced out of it now.

That should pull like a train at lower revs. Should be a great setup on the road if the mappings right.

Centrifugal type supercharger produce boost more efficiently with higher rpm though
