Condidtion oesnt really mater as long as they are not buckled. Tyres is a bonus if they are low profile.

Dean, I've got a set of four Cesaro's in my parents garage, no centre caps, tyres or valves though as they were stripped back for refurb, I just haven't had the time.

Currently, 3 of them are painted gold (I bought them like that) and the fourth is painted (badly) in high-build primer - I didn't clean the rim properly before I sprayed it.
