Erm friends got a 57 plate one. Just got out of it actually.
Its comfy enough, but its abit of a boat. When the heater is on number 4, the whole car vibrates. The glove box doesnt shut properly, it jus hits the dash board, where you have to slam it into place bendin the plasic.

ordered myself a brochure last night, like the sound of a 1.4T but thinking a diesel would be more realistic as car is used daily (mileage wise)

I think the heater thing can be repaired on a recall, and the glove box should be warranty. Get your mate to go get it sorted!

I had a test drive in the 1.9 before I found the Ibiza and personally I hated it. The whole car felt cheap and I wasn't impressed with how it drove but thats just my opinion

The 1.2 I had as a courtesy was total crap, especially as it was Ethiopian spec.

Took the 1.3D for a test and really liked it. Quite comfy for a car that size.
Just seemed a bit plain and boring on the inside.
