Ive put a claim into paypal for 65.00. Aclaims specialist is now looking into it and will get back to me by the 18th feb.

put claims in at the weekend, and sent reminders tonight, but the status says the stuff was collected on monday the 26th?

Did you pay on your credit card, ring them and tell them you have been ripped off, they will look into it then also
