Will this backbox off a 106 GTi fit on a Saxo VTS does anybody know?

i guess so as there basically the same car, plus the gti and vts are the highest model in the range..

and really slow

my maye who has a vts, doesn't think it will as the backbox comes out in slightly differnt place, best asking on a related froum

the VTS has the cut out on the bumper, but the GTi's hang down underneath dont they?

pretty certain 106 box will sit pissed as a fart on the saxo mate.

it will sit under the bumper rather then in the cut out, i was out fitting a 106 gti mongoose system to a saxo vts today and it sits great but doesnt sit in the saxos standard cut out

it will hang differently on a vts, lower and off to one side

also that pics above has totally different hangers to both the magnex that was on the car and the mongoose i fitted on your sure its for a gti or vts?

hangers totally different, saxo and pug ones have 2 hangers going from front to back and thats got 1 hanger going right to left

well spotted! thats not a hanger for a saxo/106 unless its a custom mount, in which case you'll have to bolt a mount on to the underside of the car

yep as said the hangers between the two are different.. thats why iirc the 'pugsport' backbox has four hangers.. two for gti, two for vts
