what happens if say your in an accident and admit 100% fault to the accident, insurance wise as i know they all tell you to deny your fault assume so they can try and fight it.
but would/could they ever refuse to pay out for your car repairs as you admitted liability?
just thought id ask as i noticed someone saying they hate it when people deny being at fault but i suppose they do it as thats what they are told to do by insurance companies.

It would have to depend on the circumstances. I've admitted liability and I was paid out by my insurance on previous claims, but that was after I drove into the back of someone and couldn't really argue it.

Depends if it's in the T & C. Most state that if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs they won't pay out, or will and will take you to court to get it back
Quinn paid out for mine and seem to have forgotten Can't moan

I was told by a solicitor from when this woman went into the side of the ibiza that its the worst thing you can do, as with some companys it will invalidate your policy and you wont be payed out.
