I am looking for any 1 with any ideas my car been making weird nose like its splutering and trying to die any ideas why this cud be checked for any leaks or split pipes

Car does drive just wen it gets abit up to temp.and it never runs at 90 like it use to.

its like when i go to stick my foot down it holds back then give it a few secs and it goes but it spluters through that time
