My dads bike HERE
For a 1996 Impreza WRX import. And i dont know if its a good deal, or what to look for in Impreza's, so need some help.
Dads bike is a 2002 Suzuki Bandit 1200, its in the for sale section/ebay, Dad wants about 1600quid back, and this kid wants a straight swap for the scooby.
Dark Blue
Tax - feb
MOT - Aug
Stainless steel exhaust from turbo back
dump valve & induction kit,
clifford alarm systerm,
electric mirrors and electric folding mirrors
air con climate control
interior very clean,
very reliable no banging and clanking.
2 new front tyres a new battery only 6 months old.
Had the car 3 months no problems at all.
Waiting for photo's tomorrow.
Now, i'm no eeeeeeejit, but to me, swapping a scooby that sounds quite good, for a 1600quid bike, is a bit daft, so, whats the catch? seems to good to be true? or are they not worth much these days?

mileage on the scoob? theyre hardly worth anything and its only a 96 import wrx so not top spec - 1600 is quite a low price though

he says he sold his fireblade and bought this, but wants a bike again.
Not sure on milage, will get him to check, i do know he said it was due to be used in amature rally, it was his mates, then the missus got pregnant & he sold it to the kid who has it now. supposedly imported in 2000, and sat in garage for 2 years.
