rugby game vs barnsley at home. all going swimmingly. was playing really well and got very muddy 
then i went to tackle a guy before our 5m line and when i was cleared out from the ruck my foot stayed planted to the pitch and i heard a very large snap. just back from otley general after xray. not broken but torn ligaments, should be out for about a month.
ah well. ill be back on the pitch as soon as i can

just as well you didn't snap them you would have been out for a loooooooooong time.

yeah ive been very lucky. ive sort of torn the fibres on the ligaments but it hurts like hell. my ankle looks a bit fat haha
