I went in 2001 for 4 weeks. spent time in every casino and done loads of shows and seen the boxing and stuff. Go for it. It gets boring after two weeks mind, but I was there with work so I had no choice!

I did come home $6000 up

The grand canyon flights are mazin and so is the hoover dam tour. Not sure if they let you right inside now as i went before 911 and security is tighter now.

Go for it dude. you have to see it to believe it.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

There are huuuge shopping malls too, like in Ceasars Palace. Also a drive over to Hollywood isn't out the question. We had a beasty 6 litre V8 people carrier with electric doors and every toy under the sun. Did amazin burn outs and had them really loud American tires (<see what i did there)

I go there fairly often a few times a year as internal flights are cheap and the hotels are also cheap.

As Colin suggested no more than a week, do Vegas then LA or something on the same coast otherwise your loss another day flying with time differences.
