Its irrelevant anyway because on a bike you a. look like a chump, b. get piss wet thru when it rains and 3. you die when you crash.

A standard bike gets just beaten by mega power astra . doesnt say what year bike either as new ones are a lot quicker . Still a fast car though!

That might be why it beats a Gixxer

Even then there's hee haw in it, and a Mint Gixxer can be had for buttons...Can't say the same for 600bhp in a LET

Yeh this one is somewhere in the region of 700 there is a project floating around on migweb

I think at one point he was finding it hard to get it rolling roaded due to so much power.

There was a video once of a CBR600RR vs a Mk3 astra C20LET, and the bike would get beaten at top speeds. In various gears it would pull slightly, but top end the car would always be that little quicker.

Now lets start from 0mph

Its not hard to make a car faster than a bike, its all about power. My bike has 80bhp, a top superbike has about 150-170bhp. Compared to a 400+bhp car, its nothing. Remember power makes speed, weight has nothing to do with top end speed.

So whilst the astras spinng up to 60mph, the bikes done it in 3.2 seconds, and alreaded onto 100mph in sub 10... Eventally, the astra will catch up, but the games lost

Bike = £7k brand new.
Car = £1k new + £10k engine that can't be thrashed as hard

b) Yeah, you will get wet in leathers, i ride all year, every condition, im never ever wet?
c) Well i've had 3 offs, dads had plenty more, and we're not dead
