My mate is a dab handed repairer/ makes welded front bad boy bonnets/ Sprayer+ Repairer all his life so 4- 5 years in the trade doing it 9-5 Mon - Fri. Ie: He knows what he's doing.
Ive found a Gsi front bumper for peanuts on a scrappers. Its abit battered but give him a weekend it will be looking brand new.
I currently have a 1998 sport bumper on mine but might smooth in my Gsi front + Drill a cold air feed into it... (See pic)

What does the members of the forum think i should do?
Sell it on?
Repair+ fit to mine?
Paint Kwak green like my alloys?

If the air feed is purposeful then I don't see why not.
If not then it's just a GSi bumper at the end of the day, maybe fix but sell, but split cost with your mate as he put the work in
